Hendri Ma’ruf, MBM
Hendri Ma’ruf joined CIIDEA in 2015, and has conducted a Training Needs Analysis project for one General Directorate of Ministry of Public Works and People Housing. In the last three years, he has been helping some companies in Prior to CIIDEA, he has served as a facilitator and coach in the areas of leadership development and knowledge management for GarudaFood company. Prior to that, he served as a Professional Resource for PT Dunamis Mitra Vidia specializing in Knowledge Management subject, responsible among others for developing Knowledge Management for Managers course program. He was a Member of the Organizing Committee of the Indonesian MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) Study conducted by PT Dunamis Mitra Vidia, as part of the Global MAKE Study, since 2005.
Prior to joining Dunamis, Hendri was an Assistant Vice President of Client Business Monitoring at PT Bahana Artha Ventura. He was once in charge of Training & Development in the same company. During his service there, he was entrusted to be an adviser/consultant to PT Sarana Jawa Timur Ventura, Surabaya based, on general management and human capital matters. In addition, he was an Adviser to and Supervisor of the clients of PT Bahana Artha Ventura on business development and on human capital aspect. One key outcome he made was the “Venture Capital Officer” course program (similar to Account Officer Program in banking industry).
Part of his past experience was serving as an external Facilitator for Management Development Program of PT Matahari Putra Prima. Earlier, for 15 years he served as a Faculty Member and Member of the Consulting Team of Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI). He had been given responsibilities such as Project Manager of an international course program in cooperation between LPPI and Coopers & Lybrand; and Deputy Project Manager of an international event held for the APABI (Asia-Pacific Association of Bankers Institute).
He holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines, and a Bachelor Degree in Education from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (formerly IKIP Jakarta). Hendri lives in South Tangerang with his family. He enjoys reading books, traveling, and candid photography.
